How are your products made?

Our handcrafted products are made by just the two of us, who are located in eastern Washington. You can learn more about us on our Who We Are page.

What is the quality of your leather, and where do you source it from?

We source our leather exclusively from trusted USA tanneries with generations of experience. For our products on the website and at in-person events, we use only full-grain leather due to its exceptional quality. How long does it take to receive my order?

Kindly allow approximately 6-8 weeks for your order to be fulfilled. As a small team, we take pride in our craftsmanship, and this time frame ensures the quality and care that goes into each product.

Do you offer any guarantees on your products?

We stand firmly behind the craftsmanship of our handmade products. We provide a lifetime guarantee to the original purchaser.

Our guarantee covers any issues arising from faulty materials or craftsmanship, such as stitching or rivet problems or leather tears. Please note that it does not cover damages resulting from neglect, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear. If you acquire our products secondhand or your first-hand item is damaged due to abuse or lack of proper care, please contact us, and we can often offer cost-effective repair solutions.

How should I care for my leather items?

To ensure the long-lasting beauty and durability of your leather goods, regular maintenance is essential. Here's a simple guide on how to care for them:

Step 1: Start with a small amount of leather conditioner applied to a clean cloth. We recommend any of these all-natural and USA-made products:

  • Montana Pitch-Blend Water Repellant Leather Dressing: made from a unique blend of pine pitch, mink oil, and beeswax, handcrafted in the USA since 1985
  • Skidmore’s Leather Cream: made from natural oils of plants, trees, and beeswax; by human hands in Port Townsend WA
  • Smith’s Leather Balm: made from organic cocoa butter, beeswax, and 100% pure sweet almond oil, handmade in Maine

Step 2: Gently rub the conditioner onto the leather using circular motions, ensuring even coverage.

Step 3: Continue rubbing until the entire leather surface is evenly conditioned. Please note that these conditioners are best used on the outer surface of the leather.

Step 4: After applying the conditioner, remove any excess oil and allow the leather to air dry.

This process can be applied to all of our leather products to keep them looking their best. Please follow the provided steps for application and care, and remember not to use it on suede leather.

Is shipping within the continental USA free?

Yes, shipping is complimentary for orders over $150.00 within the continental United States. Please note that this offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing an online tracking number for your convenience.
